A MARSP chapter directory by Connecting Directories is a tool to stay connected and informed. We take care of all the typesetting so your chapter needs only to provide the information. Our MARSP directories are 100% supported by advertising and therefore 100% no-cost to your MARSP Chapter.

Connecting Directories is 100% compatible with the Excel file that you can download from your MARSP Chapter website. Your job is to download that file and email it to us. Once we receive that file along with a Word file containing other important information for chapter members, we will put it all together into a professional looking printed directory.

Here’s an example of the type of information that is often included in a MARSP Chapter Directory:

“Front Matter” Section:

• Letter from the President
• Chapter Goals and Mission
• Meeting Schedule and Topics
• Chapter officers and committee chairs
• Government officials’ contact information
• Insurance information

Listings Section(s):

• Name (and optionally Spouse Name)
• Address
• Email Address (optional)
• Phone Number (and/or Cell Phone Number)
• Two Listings Sections Included — One sorted by Last Name, one sorted by City then by Street

Distribution:

You have two options for distributing the directories. We can package and ship to you via UPS then you’ll take care of distribution at chapter meetings and/or via mailing OR we will direct-mail the directories straight to members’ homes. You don’t have to get involved at all.

Direct-Mail Option:

Our direct mailing takes you completely out of the equation.

We are responsible for:

• Printing
• Binding
• Providing envelopes
• Stuffing directories
• Affixing labels
• Applying postage
• Delivery to post office
